Referral Programme Terms

Last updated: 2 August 2026

1. Eligibility

The referral programme is open to active ViralDesk customers with an account in good standing. You must hold a current subscription at the time the credit is applied.

2. Single level only

Credit is applied only in respect of accounts you refer directly. No credit arises from referrals made by the accounts you refer. The programme has no downline, no multi-level structure and makes no network payments of any kind.

3. Qualification

Credit qualifies once the referred account makes its first successful payment, and becomes applicable 30 days after that payment.

4. Rates

Credit is applied at the following rates according to the plan the referred account joins on: DIY Essentials, £20; Business Builder, £40; Marketing Pro, £100. Annual sign-ups are credited at the equivalent rolling-rate tier.

5. Application of credit

Credit is applied automatically to future invoices, capped at one month of your subscription value per billing cycle. Where you are on an annual plan, credit is applied against your renewal invoice.

6. Clawback

If the referred account is refunded or charges back within 30 days of its first successful payment, the associated credit is voided. Where the credit has already been applied, the corresponding amount may be reinstated to your account balance.

7. Exclusions

Self-referrals do not qualify. Duplicate or connected accounts do not qualify. Reactivations of previously cancelled accounts do not qualify.

8. No cash value

Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credit does not expire while your account remains active. Credit is void if the referring account lapses or is cancelled.

9. Users and separate accounts

Adding users within an existing account does not generate credit. Where a user of an existing account opens their own separate account with the authorisation of the account holder, the account holder qualifies for credit at the applicable tier.

10. How the programme may be described

Participants must not present the programme as an income or earnings opportunity, and must not make any representation about returns. The programme is a discount scheme that reduces what a participant pays for their own subscription.

11. Abuse, amendment and withdrawal

ViralDesk may void credit where the programme is abused. ViralDesk may amend or withdraw the programme on notice.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
